House Rules

1. Arrival and Departure

• Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed.
• Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
• Upon departure please:
  • turn off lights and electrical appliances,
  • close windows,
  • lock the property,
  • return keys according to the operator's instructions.
• Wash used dishes,
• Remove and do not leave food residues,
• Sort waste into appropriate containers,
• Do not leave waste freely scattered inside or outside the property.

2. Number of Guests

• Only persons registered at the time of booking may stay at the property.
• Visits by non-registered persons are only possible with the operator's consent.
• Overnight stays by unregistered persons are not permitted.

3. Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• Please be considerate towards neighbours and other visitors to the area.
• Loud music, shouting or other disruptive activities during quiet hours are not permitted.

4. Safety

• Guests are required to use the house equipment in a manner that does not endanger health, life or property.
• Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their negligence or intentional action.
• Always lock the front door when leaving the property.

5. Smoking

• Strictly no smoking inside the houses, including electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco.
• Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.
• In case of violation, the operator reserves the right to charge extra cleaning and odour removal costs.

6. Pets

• Stays with pets are only possible with prior agreement with the operator.
• The pet owner is responsible for any damage caused by the pet and for maintaining cleanliness in the property and its surroundings.

7. Property Equipment

• Guests are required to handle the house equipment carefully and in accordance with its purpose.
• Any damage or malfunction must be reported to the operator immediately.
• Moving furniture without the operator's consent is not permitted.

8. Waste and Cleanliness

We ask guests to maintain cleanliness throughout their stay and to sort waste diligently.

Waste Sorting

❌ Meat, bones, dairy products and other animal residues do not belong in the compost.

✅ Black bin – other waste, only in waste bags (not loose loose waste)

9. Grilling and Fire

• Grilling is only permitted in designated areas.
• Fire and grill must not be left unattended.
• After use, the fire or charcoal must be properly extinguished.
• During increased fire risk or upon instruction by the relevant authorities, the use of open fire may be prohibited.

10. Responsibility for Valuables

• The operator is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to money, jewellery, electronics or other valuables left unattended.
• We recommend not leaving valuable items freely accessible.

11. Damage Compensation

• Guests are required to pay for any damage caused to the equipment, furnishings or property.
• Damage will be assessed based on the cost of repair or replacement.

12. Termination of Stay

The operator reserves the right to immediately terminate the stay without refund in case of:

• serious breach of house rules,
• intentional damage to property,
• repeated disruption of quiet hours,
• dangerous or unlawful behaviour.
